View PDF of Map View PDF of Chart The map above shows that the ministries at FBC are grouped into six major areas. At FBC, the Senior Pastor is responsible for overall Spiritual & Ministry Oversight. An Associate Pastor or an Elder is given direct responsibility for oversight of an individual ministry area. Members of the FBC body are expected to serve in one or more of ministry areas. The ministry map provides an easy reference for you to find your place and put you in touch with the right people to be able to start serving right away. The questions now are: Are you serving?
